Keith Gross has more than twenty years experience litigating medical malpractice and construction cases. Mr. Goss stresses attention to detail in each case and possesses highly developed negotiation skills. He works on a variety of general negligence and medical malpractice matters. He has been successful in obtaining numerous multimillion-dollar settlements, including a significant result in a case involving a claim against a small community hospital for violating public health laws. Mr. Gross has also handled appeals for clients.
Mr. Gross is a member of the New York State Bar. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York, as well as in the Supreme Court of New York.
