Prior to becoming Of Counsel to our firm, Mr. Koss spent seven years as a litigation associate at one of the leading medical malpractice defense firms in the country. He handled a heavy caseload of complex high exposure medical malpractice cases, from initial pleadings all the way through the post-trial phase. In the course of his representation, Mr. Koss counseled clients, interviewed experts, deposed witnesses, and handled all phases of litigation. Based on his experience as a defense lawyer, he has a unique understanding of the defense mentality and is a great asset to the injured clients he now represents. Mr. Koss is a member of the bar of the State of New York. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York.
