For over 40 years, Melvin Hartman has handled significant personal injury actions, including premises liability, products liability, and general negligence cases. He has garnered a nationwide reputation for excellence in assessing and valuing settlements for such claims. Before joining our firm, Mr. Hartman was a partner in Zelby, Burstein, Liberstein & Hartman, a full service general litigation firm. He also served as the General Counsel and Chief Trial Attorney for US Trucking Corp. He has vast experience in the field of negligence law and is the author of No Fault, published by the New York State Motor Truck Association. Mr. Hartman is an active member the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
