Jay Wechsler is well versed in personal injury and medical malpractice matters. During four years at one of the leading defense firms, he focused on defending cases of legal malpractice and defending personal injury claims. His defense experience provides him with invaluable insight into representing plaintiffs. He is known for building and maintaining an excellent rapport with his clients and for his strong legal research and writing skills. Mr. Wechsler currently handles a wide variety of medical malpractice and general negligence cases with our firm.
Mr. Wechsler is a member of the New York State Bar. He is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the Northern District of New York and the Western District of New York.
