Philip Pizzuto is a senior associate attorney, specializing in medical malpractice and toxic tort litigation. Before joining the firm, Mr. Pizzuto was an assistant Chief and Senior Counsel for the New York City Law Department, Office of the Corporation Counsel, specializing in the defense of the city’s high-profile tort cases. While with the City Law Department, Mr. Pizzuto successfully tried a wide variety of cases, including toxic tort, wrongful death, maritime, excessive use of force, motor vehicle, highway design, slip and fall, and premises liability. He has tried cases in all New York City venues, including federal court, and has obtained favorable jury verdicts in every case. Mr. Pizzuto has also worked as an instructor on trial advocacy skills within the New York City Law Department and as a guest lecturer at the Trial Advocacy Program at Fordham University School of Law.
Mr. Pizzuto is admitted to the bars of the States of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
