Discrimination can take many forms. We have handled cases based on:

In the civil rights arena, we have worked on matters involving deprivation of property without due process and unjust arrest and police brutality.
We have served as lead counsel in class action litigation concerning discrimination and failure to promote, including the leading authoritative case of Robinson v. Metro-North Commuter Railroad, 267 F.3d 147 (2nd Cir.), cert. denied, 535 U.S. 951 (2002) regarding the applicable standards for granting certification of a class action.
We have also acted as counsel for wage and hour violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act. In class action litigation on behalf of the students of Choir Academy of Harlem, we sought a better education for young men and women.
"Unlike in the 1960s, when America fought in the street for its rights, today we are waging the fight in the courthouses. We are making progress, and it has to be done through the law."—Jacob D. Fuchsberg
