Neal Bhushan joined the Jacob Fuchsberg Law Firm in 2014. He was promoted to Partner in December 2021.

Mr. Bhushan often receives referral calls for new clients from various professionals, including other lawyers and investment bankers, because of his substantial success in litigating cases.

His practice focuses on litigating matters in New York state and federal courts involving claims of catastrophic medical malpractice, negligence, commercial matters, personal injury, auto accidents, trip and falls, class actions, commercial fraud, employment disputes and 9/11 WTC claims involving first responders with life-threatening cancers.

Mr. Bhushan aggressively litigates his cases meticulously and is known for taking excellent depositions of very important witnesses, often the highest credential doctors or corporate CEOs.

He uses effective interpersonal skills with his adversaries and clients, as well as a business-minded approach since his background is in finance, to maximize settlements for his clients.

In 2024, Mr. Bhushan settled a high eight-figure stroke case that he personally brought to the firm.
